After years of working in the talent space as Chief Talent Officer, consultant and advisor, coLeague founder Lora Cover saw the same trends over and over. Organizations were strapped for capacity. Some were too small to hire a CTO, some were going through talent transitions and others were preparing to hire their first CTO. In all cases, organizations became paralyzed when it came time to think about their long-term talent strategy. They needed extra hands and insight to be able to build and implement the systems and structures that would support the culture they were trying to achieve.
Lora understood that real, embedded support was needed: someone that didn’t only have the great idea, but could also roll up their sleeves and help implement those ideas. From this idea, coLeague was born—an on-demand CTO agency for today’s workplace and workforce.
